Looking forward to participating in this Forum. I just found it while searching for a place to interact with other PBC owners and was excited to see that it covers the entire spectrum of BBQ. I am a KCBS Master CBJ/CTC and sometimes compete in Backyard Contests or help friend of mine who compete on the KCBS circuit.

Glad you joined us! We are folks that love to cook. Mostly outdoors - but, if you have ideas, recipes or techniques to share - we love to learn and share!

As well - you will find LTBBQ to be rich in the finest resource available. Our members. Fun, friendly - and no "attitude". We are not snobs about what you cook on. From a hot rock to a tractor-trailer sized rig....we respect that it is the cook...not the cooker that determines the outcome ;)

Please feel welcome - and dig in! There is a lot of great info here.
