Hi everyone,

I was a member of the Char-Broil forum however they are closing it down tomorrow so one the members, deestafford, suggested we try this forum. I love to grill out and just about make everything on the grill. I look forward to being here and talking about all the great food and the different ways to grill and chill!

Yeah drholly I remember you on the Char-Broil site. Thank you all for the friendly welcome! I grilled some steaks wrapped with peppered bacon for dinner tonight on my Infrared grill. It was awesome!
