Hello from Montreal
« Reply #-1 on: June 12, 2014, 08:36:22 PM »
Hello, I am Ghislain, from Montreal, Canada. I always loved to cook on the BBQ. Summer arrived late this year, in Montreal so I was very eager to open my BBQ and try new the new recipes I've found lately.

I don't have a big BBQ, it's a Masterchef. I don't know how many BTUs it has, but it does the job well enough.

We have no prejudice against any brand, or kind of cooker. We all know it is the cook him or herself that determines the quality of the meal! If you can cook on a hot rock - we welcome the ideas and what has made it a successful method for you!
