Hello and welcome from NW Ohio.  I have an SRG, TBE and BEESR..I love infra red cooking. I also smoke and cook over an open fire most of the time.  Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I am J.B. and I am addicted to all forms of outdoor cooking. My favorite weapon is my Charbroil Big Easy Smoker-Roaster-Grill. Know from the old Charbroil forums as an SRG. For parties I grill on a Charbroil 4 burner Red. My low and slow comes out of a heavily modified Masterbuilt Pro. I place myself at the serious hobbiest level. Not sure where to set up shop on here as my equipment is not traditionial. The now closed Charbroil forum was very dedicated to infra-red cooking. And as a propane smoker using wood chunks I am not a purist there either. However I grill and BBQ so I will find a niche.
