Duck egg breakfast 240 or so calories

Breakfast sure is easy to make healthy low cal meals

1 duck egg 140 cals (Thank you Daffy,Thelma and Louise for the eggs)
1/2 slice Daves killer bread 65 cals
Butter 15 cals
Tomato and green onion 15 cals
Mushroom 5 cals

Saute veggies,toss in duck egg scrambled,sea salt (learned it has many things Morton type table salt doesnt) and pepper,cook Thats it,and the DKB with sprouts adds super micronutrients,egg for protein and B vitamins,good healthy breakfast!

And your immune system and cardiovascular...arteries need cholesterol for elasticity and strength,why your body makes cholesterol,and for your brain.God put it in our makeup for a reason IMO.
