"Standing Rib Roast" ?
My closest store doesn't normally have standing rib roasts, only during holiday seasons.
I noticed the other day a couple of 2-bone &a 3-bone in the meat department
I figured they probably hadn't sold them all, and I cruised through last night.
They had cut them all down into 1-bone bone-in ribeyes
so I picked up three of them for future cooks
my favorite method is into the smoker until 130°IT
then sear them on my grill to 140°
$7 bone-in ribeyes (http://i50.tinypic.com/20ztyfl.gif)
