Title: Having some fun with my SnS & my kettle.

I started cooked a turkey breast that I found in the freezer.  Set up my SnS with a little apple wood.

Started basting with butter once it started to get some color.

Sorry, no plated pics.  We had opened face turkey sandwiches.  The were great.
