Just purchased a Chubby 3400. Never owed a smoker, Looking forward to learning how to do it from all you folks!

Welcome from SE Georgia! I have a Chubby 3400 and it basically likes to run at 250 degrees. There is a good group for the Chubby 3400 on Facebook if you do Facebook. A lot of great knowledge there.
