Found this forum today, and love it! Looks like a great place to share ideas and recipes.

love to grill and smoke. I had a horizontal smoker in the past, but it finally gave up the ghost. After researching many different kinds of smokers for my budget I settled on the PBC. I also have a gasser and a Weber kettle.

Welcome aboard!  That PBC is fun.  I don't think there's a better fowl cooker.

Send us your favorite smoking/grilling recipes and photographs.  On those days when I have to eat fast food I'll look at your posts to cheer myself.

Welcome from Greenville, Alabama.  Looked up Sand Mountain, maps shows it West of Clanton, another one shows it between Stephenson and Bridgeport in Northeast AL.

I'm a newbie. Worked for Guntersville Fire Department for a few years before I moved on to a bigger department. I sure do miss Sand Mountain though!
