Hey everyone,

New member here from Scotland.

Very much a beginner in the BBQ world but love using my Char Broil Big Easy SRG.

Decided to join you guys so I could hopefully research cooking tips and expand on just using the Grill part of the Big Easy.

Welcome from South Florida.  I have an assortment of grills but the SRG is my favorite.  It is very versatile and it cooks poultry the best way I can do.  I use it at least twice a week.  My wife and daughter want to go to Scotland and Ireland next Year.

Welcome from North Carolina.  I have been to Scotland several times over a number of years.  Spent a brief time in Holy Loche while serving on a submarine back in the late 60's.  My wife and I made a trip to Scotland in 2010.  We absolutely enjoyed our trip.  Love Scotland!!
