Hi Everyone, and thanks for having me. I live in the PNW, recently purchased a Camp Chef smoker, and I've been having fun learning on it! Excited to be here for tips and tricks - especially in how to get creative with veggies and smaller meat entrees (small family). Looking forward to learning and sharing!
