Hey y'all!
I'm fairly new to smoking and BBQin but I'm fully invested in perfecting the use of my Char-Broil Big Easy SRG. I am here to learn everything I can!
I also use a Req Tech grill at the Air Attack Base that I work at and would love to hone in on that skill as well!

Welcome to the forum, MollieMae. The search function will become your friend.
For instance, I entered two words in the <Search For> box; ribs and SRG. I got five pages of "hits." Many were S×S recipes and detailed instructions.
Find a recipe that appeals to you and ask questions if something isn't clear. Members here are always willing to help.

So—MollieMae, have you used your SRG to cook anything you found here? How did it turn out?
