Title: Hello from an ever hopeful Husker

While football has been a bit of a struggle these last 20 years, BBQ is stronger than ever in Nebraska. Unfortunately I am currently fighting Multiple Myeloma (cancer of the blood plasma) so my bbq game is on hold for a while. I enjoy reading all of the great posts so that when I am up to the task I can make up for lost time! I have way too many outdoor cooking appliances, but what can I say, big boys and their toys. I recently picked up a used Blackstone flat top and a NOS char-broil Big Easy SRG that I haven't even got to use yet. Looking forward to better days cooking as well as some respectful Husker football.

Welcome and your gonna love both of those appliances. Good luck and we have an extensive amount of knowledge on how to use them.
