Gave up red meat for Lent so I had this for lunch today.
Thin sliced prime sirloin , with olive oil, cracked pepper, salt , garlic, capers , & red onions.

it looks great and yummy. next time try to add few shavings of parmigiano chesse it will give it a another Dimension
