I do not own a boat. I'm a surfcaster and I fish the state from one end to the other, and then some. I like hitting the mouth Housy this time of year. You never know what you can hook into this time of year.

You are smart on the boat ownership lol. My brother & a friend joined the Madison surfcasting club a few years ago. Not easy to get a spot on CT shoreline?
