Howdy from the Mojave Desert!
« Reply #-1 on: May 12, 2023, 12:41:06 AM »
So glad I found y'all! I've been on a grilling journey after finding a great vintage Char-Broil on the side of the road with my husband. It reignited my passion for butchery I picked up during my short stint in culinary school and I can't wait to learn by lots of forum studying  :D

My husband has yet to learn the joys of red meat so send me your best wishes and encouragement lol.

Welcome aboard from Nebraska.

You found both a vintage Char-Broil and your husband on the side of the road.  Great finds!

There are a number of Char-Broil users here.  I'm certain that they'll offer their insights.

I'm interested in your contributions (I don't know of another member with culinary school background).
