Tri-Tip and Fried Shrimp
« Reply #-1 on: June 08, 2013, 08:46:40 PM »
Let’s get the shrimp going. Flour, egg wash and then panko

Into the fridge to set the breading.

Now the tri-tip. Some BPS Sweet Money.

After a couple of hours get the cookers going.

Tri on to smoke for a few

Put some Chix for the wife on

Sorry forgot to get a sear pic of the tri. But here is the end result.

Some roasted baby golds and homemade tarter sauce and let’s plate.

Enjoy!

Yet another "Great Plate by Rick"!!  Everything looks fabulous.  Tee and IO may have to make a road trip.  We'll give you a few hours notice.  We'll even bring the adult beverages.
