Cheese Steak Sammie's..
« Reply #-1 on: September 15, 2013, 07:31:52 AM »
Seasoned up some hanger steaks with BP Money.

Onto the new Grill Grates! Used my MAK for the experiment.

Ran it at 350. This only took a few minutes each side.

Ready for a quick ride in the broiler to get everything happy.

My plate. Topped sautéed onions and peppers, tots On the side..Of course.  ;D

Very good!

I forgot how purdy grill grates look when they are new. That was a great looking sammie and those tater tots sealed the deal.

Very nice sammies, Sam! I'm sure they tasted great!  Who can say no, to tater tots?   Yeah as Don said,"You're going to love your grill grates,"  and after a while you'll wonder why you went so long without them. Those are my thoughts every time I use them!

I agree. I actually set mine aside for awhile and kind of forgot about them. After reading so many posts about them, I pulled 'em back out and they are out to stay.

That is a great sandwich, the onions and peppers look just right, and the tots are excellent addition!
