Had to work on Christmas so we had dinner tonight. Mom wanted beef wellington. Here we go

Watch helps kitchen and gordon says it is his famous dish. Goggles it and found this. No recipe but tried to fallow along.

Think I could have used a bit more dough or got more water out of the shrooms. The dough was crisper where I had more dough. But very good. I didn't use the nuts.

That looks friggin Awesome. I never tried Beef Wellington. Where did you get that parma ham or does it have another name? Nice job, that Gordon Ramsey video was great.
