People who enjoy meetings should not be put in charge of anything.  Dee

The two things I enjoy most about retirement:  I don't have to do any more budgets and I go to a lot fewer meetings  ::)

"Meetings" remind me of one particular meeting many years ago.  I worked for a company in Minneapolis at the time (they are no longer with us today).  We had "budget" meetings between Marketing and Operations every year in January that lasted three straight days.  This meeting was to decide where we wanted to spend our "Marketing Dollars" in the following year.  Big auditorium, lots of people, and the heat is set like a summer day in Florida.  Needless to say, it was difficult to stay awake.  Our President finally came to his senses and announced that we should serve beer when the meeting commenced.  As soon as the first person left to go to the bathroom, "THE MEETINGS WERE OVER"!!
