Title: 50th butt with INFRARED cookers!!!!!
Post by: TMB on June 17, 2012, 09:56:08 PM: Saturday was sorta a big day for me, I was asked to cook more pulled pork for my church so I said yes! Now I didn't think about it till I pulled the pork apart last night but I did my 50th butt with infrared cookers! That's SRG's, BEESR's and my home made DCBE!
Here is the SRG's, BEESR and DCBE in action plus I had the Grill2Go cooking corn!

Yep! They work very well Pam. Now remember I only run the SRG's on low so the heat is not real bad on them.

I will tell you, if the frog mat touches the side it ain't good but other than that I give them a 10 for performance.

Perhaps we need you to do a tutorial on the infra-red cookers from Charbroil...Why do you only run the SRG on low?
