Post by: mezmoria on February 26, 2017, 08:57:14 PM
I have been messaging Tommy over the past day to get his advice/help with my first pork butt. I am very happy to say it turned out perfectly! Thank you so much Tommy!!!

I started with a 7.5 pound Butt i purchased at Aldi.

1.Rubbed with Mustard and BBQ rub (could not find Bad Byrons locally).

2. Cooked on high for 15 minutes and then medium low for another 5 hours.

3. Mixed with Apple Juice and BBQ sauce.

4. The family loved it!

Thank you so much Tommy!
