Tonight's dinner was Rib tips & okra.
Rib tips were smoked for 2 hours, then foiled for 1 hour.

Pan fried okra.

Sweet Baby Ray's then onto the SRG to finish.

Great dinner. Rib tips look mighty tasty, we love fried okra. Haven't had it for awhile, craving it now!

I planted more than I needed.
I ended up freezing about half of what I picked & still had fried okra about once a week.
I will use it for gumbo this winter. :)
