I just got the SRG gas model. I also ordered the accessory kit because I wanted the chicken leg racks but when I got it, the racks are too small to fit in the basket. Is the newer model SRG basket wider than original TBE? I can't find any other accessory kit available.

The SRG is larger than TBE so the racks wont fit. For some reason CharBroil seems to leave that out of the info or did anyway
Been trying to get them to fix that for years but they don't listen
Call them up and see waht or if there are accessories now that will fit

The SRG is definately bigger than the TBE..I bought some when the SRG first came out and they are fine..I also saw some that will fit at our Meijer's store..so check walmart and places like that..all seasonal stuff is on sale and who knows what youw ill find..measure SRG before you go..measure the rack. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Got mine for the SRG off of Amazon, its not sold in the Accessory kit its sold separably I believe like $15.00 for the pair.

I looked on Amazon and do not see the racks to fit this unit. Only see the original size racks that fit the smaller basket. :-[

I don't believe CharBroil even makes a basket to fit the SRG.
I have the BigEasy & the SRG both & have been trying to find a basket to fit the SRG with no luck.
CharBroil does have the racks for the SRG, but the basket sure is handy.

Just looked and you are correct, checked Char broils site dont see it listed there either, maybe try calling them it may be worth it... if theres one accessory i couldnt live without for the SRG its that one. How frustrating!

I chatted with Charbroil about the leg racks. They don't make them anymore. Couldn't explain why. I also bought dome from Amazon, they were too small. Add to that I ran over my basket with the car, bent it back as best I could. Lately just been using the grill portion of it.
I'm not sure why they would make the Smoker Roaster Grill then not offer any accessories for it, seems really stupid and short sighted if you ask me.
When i bought it they still made the leg racks, guess I should have bought them right away.

you can buy a new basket for the SRG..I got one a long time ago..the chicken racks are nice but not necessary..just lay them in the basket..I got extra racks so I can have several layers..I fill up the cooker.. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I love some CB products but they do seem to shoot themselves in the foot at times.
