Two Alaskan Coho Salmon filet in CI skillet with 2 tbs OO and 1tbs butter.

After about 7 -8 mins plated with Norwegian butter sauce. Added stir fry veggies and buttered new potatoes with chopped parsley, sour dough bread.

Fantastic cook! I rarely get to enjoy a good salmon dinner, as my wife and most of my daughters won’t eat seafood :(

It's $10/lb. at the only place I buy seafood in town (HT). Don't know if that's really good, really bad, or just right. But I'll be picking up a pound or so for dinner.

Oh, all of the seafood that I have access to here in Charlotte was frozen at some point. In fact, I would guess that 80% or more of the beef/pork/chicken has also been frozen before it gets to the store.
Makes me wonder about the prohibition on re-freezing . . .
