Starting my birthday week off correctly! Started on high lid closed for 20 minutes, then low lid closed until at temp. Placed them on the grilling grate to get a nice crisp to them. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkling of coffee grinds. So most and juicy.
