Put a 5.5lb pork shoulder in my SRG for pulled pork. 2nd time ever making this. 1st time was a bit dry but pulled amazingly! Cooking on low this time. Rubbed with brown mustard and Greek seasoning. It smells so good. Been in 2hrs and up to 125°. Nice 77° here in Central Florida. Beautiful evening for low(ish) and slow in my SRG

Bark was a bit overdone (slept through 3am alarm) but after pulling and adding BBQ sauce turned out real good! Flavor profile was spot on. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211215/890cc3462084271e6c32c481ef4d6595.jpg)

Looks good!

Nice. How'd the Greek seasoning work out?

Looks good to me.
What IT did you take it to?

It was pulled at 205°. Meant to pull it at 195, but fell asleep

Looks good. I’m lucky I guess mine don’t get dry so not sure why yours are.

Bluecham, that definitely looks good.

Kept it about 30 min too long. But I added butter and bbq when pulled. It was amazing!
