Title: All these steaks were driving me crazy!
Post by: muebe on April 18, 2014, 11:53:02 PM: I had to grill a couple rib-eyes after seeing all these great pics of them on the forum. Two thick rib-eyes seasoned with Big Poppa's Double Secret Steak Rub. Grilled over Big Easy Infrared heat on a SRG grill.

Pulled em at 125F IT reading with my super fast Thermapen.

LOL.... they all have the same electronics inside whatever color piece of plastic they are wrapped in. Maybe at the fall gathering in GA there could be a contest to see if one is better than the other. Someone bring a stopwatch.

BTW that is a fantastic looking ribeye. I'd eat that.
