Had to cook two more butts for my sons wedding party coming up in Sept (117 is the count now for butts in infrared   ;) )

Also had 10 lbs of pork left so made breakfast sausage, yes Pam this is the sausage I'm bringing to the Ga cookout.   

Sorry I didn't have anymore pictures of the pulled pork but y'all have seen enough of my butts to know what they look like  :D :D :D

Go Tommy!!!  It was Pig Sunday here in NC, too.  I cooked 4 butts on my MAK.  The house smells like fresh cooked pork butts.  NIIICE!!
