I'm with Saber here..I can't stand THAT much perky, and you know how girls are when they get that way,  LOL,  but the brats and kraut look fabulous.. I started 7 lb of sauerkraut last week..only 40 days to go..yum.  Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Yes..Smokin Don got me into it...and it's fabulous in a lil over a month, this is my 3rd batch..gonna make it all year..it's  not lasting that long..or get a bigger fermenter I'm thinking another fermenter.   Pam    .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

It was the last jar of German kraut I ordered a year ago from A place that carries real German kraut from Germany. I sent a Jar to someone here on this forum.
