Wow Chicken

Inspired by Spuds cook
Bird brined overnite with NaCl , sugar & water.
Injected with butter & WOW!
After soaking in melted butter for an hour it passed through injector.
Skin rubbed with same mix.
Cooked till 164F & rested , yum!

Chicken cooked flat

Pappy that appears to be a pile of decorative gravel. From the looks of it there is no way that is edible. LA likes to dress up his plate! Pappy you can have my gravel and I will take the chicken.
