The ingredients are 6 Costco dogs, some Cracker Barrel Sharp and Colby Jack cheese, Maple bacon and
seasoned with Smokin Guns Sweet Heat.
Dogs are stuffed with the cheese.
Wrapped in bacon and seasoned.
Put onto the Charbroil SRG burning Lumberjack MHC pellets.
Dogs are just about done. I glazed them with a 50/50 mixture of Blues Hog Original and Tennessee Red.
Dogs are done!
Served on wheat sub roll with some store bought tater salad and coleslaw.
Definitely not doctor recommended, but sure damn tasty and you only live once!
