Char Broiler Big Easy Smoker Roaster Grill/ third cook, On The Grill

Like a kid with a new toy here is my third cook with SRG, on the G (grill). Used the smoker box with some hickory and it did smoke after about 10 minutes lasted for about 30 and then  slowed down. Steak turned out great, potato wasn't cooked all the way.  Looking forward to more cooks on SRG.  :)

Not sure all I know is that it's a little early for this part of the country at least that's what the locals tell me.  :)

The SRG produces the BEST baked potatoes. Clean the spuds, dry the skin, rub with some bacon drippings and the season with your favorite.  Place them in the basket and cook on low, as high will burn the skin

Yes eventually, having guests tomorrow night but they already requested beef kabobs on the pbc
