Two Alaskan Coho Salmon filet in CI skillet with 2 tbs OO and 1tbs butter.

After about 7 -8 mins plated with Norwegian butter sauce.  Added stir fry veggies and buttered new potatoes with chopped parsley, sour dough bread.

Dang that looks good.  I'll be trying this soon, but with some hot-smoked salmon.

Fantastic cook! I rarely get to enjoy a good salmon dinner, as my wife and most of my daughters won’t eat seafood :(

After seeing that we just added salmon to our Costco shopping list.  Thanks for the butter sauce recipe, have to give that a try.

Thanks BD......I'm on it.  I love Alaska Sockeye.

It's $10/lb. at the only place I buy seafood in town (HT).  Don't know if that's really good, really bad, or just right.  But I'll be picking up a pound or so for dinner.
