Here's the reply I got from Blues Hog, pretty much as expected. I'll be using quite a bit of it this weekend, I can always put what's left in a smaller container and refrigerate. I don't think shelf life would be an issue.

Thank you for contacting Blues Hog! For food safety requirements, we do list that you refrigerate all the sauces after opening to maintain the shelf life. It would be up to you as personal preference if you choose to follow the listed guidelines.
