We love the SRG for turkeys. I simply brine overnight, pat dry and season. I do not inject (don't really need to). I put her on just like you pictured. No question this is the easiest and best way to do it. I learned everything I know about this from Tommy!
BTW, I noticed these photos were from 2008. My SRG still functions great, but admit we only do turkeys around the Holidays.
