To oil or rub that is the question? Whether tis nobler in life to oil or rub or To be, or not to be: that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep; No more; and by a sleep to say we end The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks.

The answer to the question is yes! I will oil or put mustard down first, then I will place on my rub to make sure that the rub will really stick to the surface of the meat.

Shakespeare said this many years ago when he wrote Hamlet. Didn't you read Hamlet?

Remember in BBQ: “This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.”

Have a happy day!

With kind regards and good reading,

Ed
