Absolutely beautiful Aaron! Love a horseradish sauce for my steaks. Sometimes I will catch the au jus - and mix it with fresh ground horseradish and some A-1.....( salivating just thinking about it )
I don't slather it on anything.But just like ketchup, mayo, or mustard...A-1 can be a neat "secret ingredient" to add to a number of things. Next time you do ribs, use A-1 instead of mustard......you may decide you like it better!
