19# Turkey in TBE
« Reply #-1 on: November 28, 2013, 11:03:45 AM »
I am doing a 19 pounder today. I decided not to use the basket and only use the turkey holder. I think the wings are going to get scorched because they are touching the chamber.

This is about the only use my roasting pan gets anymore.

I tried to use the TR but couldn't get it balanced so I had to improvise a little.
Love to cook and eat

A 19 pounder is the biggest bird I have seen in a TBE.

Nicely done.
