I smoked two 10lbs butts today on my DCBE ( charcoal Big Easy) which took about 9 hrs. When I removed the lid and center section this is what I found
I looks as if I had it panted or powder coated but it not just 9 hrs of pecan wood.
LA says to season the inside and outside of the chamber for a Big Easy and it will cook better
I think mine is about as seasoned as you can get
