Saturday while I was smoking/cooking 6 butts Kimmie had a friend come over to eat dinner with us. He brought over 1 1/2 in thick ribeye steaks for me to cook on an infreared grill.
Well here are the steaks, Kimmie's on the top of the grate and mine and Shawn's on the lower.
Now (no kidding) I started Kimmie's 15 min's before I tossed ours on. He looked at me like "Are you kidding me"? I said what do you mean?? He said killing a steak like that! I said if Kimmie wants it burnt then I'll burn it
Here is ours at 137 IT perfect!
All I can say is at the fall gathering expect food to be burnt!!!!
