Our flight home from France included a fair number of high school students. As expected they must have consumed a large amount of Coke (drinks, that is). One passenger sitting several rows behind me became incensed when he was told that they had run out of Coke. His comment, "What are you going to do about it?" The flight attendant leaned across to address the issue and calmly replied, "This is a seven fifty-seven, not a seven eleven! There is nothing we can do about it!"
In my book, she did the right thing. Great response.
