That's it I got to go get me an SRG now.   ;)

I could have cooked my protein pancake on it this morning.

4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 serving cooked steel cut oats (1/4 cup dry and cooked according to directions)
1 packet (1g Stevia)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar for topping

Mix first 5 ingredients well and cook like any other pancake. Add Agave Nectar on top after cooking and enjoy.  :D
