All these steaks were driving me crazy!

I had to grill a couple rib-eyes after seeing all these great pics of them on the forum. Two thick rib-eyes seasoned with Big Poppa's Double Secret Steak Rub. Grilled over Big Easy Infrared heat on a SRG grill.

Pulled em at 125F IT reading with my super fast Thermapen.









So good!
