Homemade pimento cheese, diced Spanish chorizo, thick bacon and jalapeƱos with Memphis dust

Potato Sliders: Thinly sliced potatoes, brush with bbq sauce of choice, colby jack cheese, jalapeƱos, bacon, chives.....or any variation of desired toppings. Very tasty.
