My take on ABT's

Homemade pimento cheese, diced Spanish chorizo, thick bacon and jalapeños with Memphis dust

Potato Sliders: Thinly sliced potatoes, brush with bbq sauce of choice, colby jack cheese, jalapeños, bacon, chives.....or any variation of desired toppings. Very tasty.
