Post by: Lemonhead78 on August 28, 2016, 05:47:53 PM
I swore off my pbc but today I knocked the Cobb webs off and gave it another try. It was delicious. Can someone tell me how to post a pic ? I can't figure it out. If you were wondering why I swore it off because it was producing way too much smoke flavor for my taste . Any beginners reading this . My advice is do not add wood chips or chunks ect. No need trust me

I haven't tried through my phone yet, are you using a browser on your phone or going through an app to access the site?

I actually prefer the added smoke flavor, I add a few small chunks of Peach wood and love the added flavor :)

I will use a little bit of chips sometimes, but the "Grease Fog" is more than enough if you ask me...

Maybe it's grease fog I'm referring too. Anyway to ease up on the grease fog ? The cooker makes everything moist and tender otherwise
