Title: Top round roast
Post by: Lemonhead78 on August 28, 2016, 06:28:39 PM
This came out so moist and flavorful. I just seasoned with garlic and onion powder with salt. I pulled it at 135 degrees. I had a meat probe snaked through the hole. It continued to climb until 141 degrees . I made sandwiches with this and were amazing. I loved beef in the pbc. I may be the only one not digging chicken. I'm trying to find a way to make the food less smokey

Thanks guys. I like my beef raw I mean rare lol. But cooking for others can sometimes be a challenge because i tend to over cook it. This time it came perfect . The smokiness was on point . I used lump charcoal royal oak if I didn't mention that already .

My wife won't make another roast in the Crock-Pot after the one time I made one on the cooker. Sounds like you'll be the same way now lol
