been having a craving for those takeout ribs so made my own...

Looks great and how about a recipe? :) Don

I marinated them for about a day and a half...

1/3 cup hoisin
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons dry sherry
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon red food coloring
1/4 teaspoon chinese five spice

I have been thinking about these ribs for awhile. Now i have to try them. Did you cook them any different than the way you normally do ribs?

Not at all, cooked them the exact same way as I would my normal bbq ribs. I did brush some extra sauce on near the end to let it caramelize and a little more once the ribs were off

Those look great, thanks for sharing the recipe, may have to try these in the Bradley since the SRG can't take the sugar.

Have had A LOT  of ribs since i got my PBC.  Was actually  getting a bit tired of them. But think i need to try these. 

Haven't  cooked spares yet, how long did they take?

Usually depending on how meaty they are I've had them done in various times. As early as 2.5 hours and as long as 4. I usually go by the pullback on the bones. I will only do spares, IMO much better flavor than baby backs and more meat.
