Last night's dinner:
Small lamb chops into the tub @ 131.5° for ninety minutes.
Naan ready to grill.
Fry 'em up. Seared the lamb on the flat top.
Ready to plate.
Plated with quinoa & brown rice, buttered carrots, and hominy.
Very tasty meal.
Lamb was perfect. Naan ditto.
