Family wanted burgers tonight. Fired up the Kamado with the CI griddle.
Started out with some Vidalias
Seasoned up 80/20 with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Let it get some crust.
Smothered in sharp cheddar. Tossed on a couple ice cubes.
Steam comes pouring out.
About ready to pull. Nothing beats the cheese skirt forming around the burgers. Yum.
